Delete account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open SNOVO and go to your profile.
2. Open Settings, then Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your profile is hidden at once. After 7 days SNOVO deletes it for good.

By email

If you cannot open the app, send an email from the address on your account. Put your tag or code in the message. We confirm by email, then start the same 7-day deletion.

What is deleted

• Your profile, tag and code. The code is never given to anyone else.
• Your days, GPS samples, runs and photos.
• Your fits, closet and fit checks.
• Your daily bests are removed from the boards, and the boards are recomputed.

Waitlist only

If you only joined the waitlist, email the same address from the address you used. We remove it.
