Report a person or a post

In the app, tap Report on any profile or leaderboard row. You can also email the address above with the person's code or the link of the page. A named person reads every report.

Common questions

Where is my code?

On your profile, in the pill under your name. Your code is permanent and never reused.

A code does not work.

The letters I, L, O and U are not used. O reads as 0, I and L read as 1, and U reads as V. If it still fails, the person may keep their profile private.

A run is wrong or missing.

Open the day, tap the run, and edit it. Email us the day if the edit tool cannot fix it.
